You can stop stressing now.  Use this tool.

Ha916ve you ever created a business plan?  The first time I had to create a business plan was in 2001, when we were moving our salon from its original location on Guadalupe Street to its new home on South Congress Avenue here in Austin, Texas.  I was brand new in the world of entrepreneurship and we needed to secure financing for the move and construction of our new space.  I knew the bank would ask for a business plan and I had no idea where to begin. I learned about business plans in college and knew what they were, but I was never faced with the daunting task of actually creating one for my business.
Does the thought of having to create a business plan overwhelm you?  It did for me, and it does for most entrepreneurs. Allow me to introduce you to Atlas Business Solutions, a software company in Fargo, North Dakota and makers of Ultimate Business Planner software.  I don’t know a whole lot about their entire suite of software solutions, but I can tell you what I know about Ultimate Business Planner.  It’s the easiest, step-by-step business planning software that literally takes all the stress out of creating a business plan.  We have three locations, and when we went to secure financing for each of our three locations, we turned to Ultimate Business Planner to help us.  You can purchase a single license of Ultimate Business Planner for only $99 and believe me, it’s money well spent.
What I especially like about Ultimate Business Planner is that even if you are not looking to get a loan, the exercise of creating a business plan every year is a really good idea because it forces you to do just that, plan.  And let’s be honest, without some sort of planning tool or framework within which to work, it’s just really hard to do.  Having Ultimate Business Planner is like having your own personal business consultant.  It asks you questions along the way and in the right order. In fact, some questions are around elements of your business that you would not have considered.  For example, your competitors.  Who are the market players?  How will you compete with them?  What’s your competitive advantage?  What makes you different?
The only thing that I don’t necessarily like about Ultimate Business Planner is that it only works on a PC and not a Mac.  If you’re a Mac user, you’ll have to figure out how to get your paws on a PC and download the software.  I’ve included a short video so you can see how Ultimate Business Planner can help you.  Enjoy.
